CPRE campaign for people to have more say in local planning decisions

The CPRE ( Campaign to Protect Rural England ) believe that  pre-election promises by the Coalition to give local communities the right to challenge certain inappropriate planning applications by developers have not been included in the Localism Bill.  Their Charter for planning reform to protect and improve our countryside aims to give local people more say in local planning decisions.
