CPRE's initial response to the spending reveiw

The Campaign for the Protection of Rural England says the good news is that the Government has listened to environment lobbyists and increased the amount of finance for the Higher Level Stewardship scheme but the bad news is that the rural bus services could suffer from cuts in the levels of subsidy.
