Hants C.C prepare to tow the line on expenditure and transparency

Hampshire County Council are preparing to publish all itemised spending over £500 in accordance to the recommendations put forward by the Communities Secretary, Eric Pickles.  They will also give details of individual councillor's allowances, meeting attendance figures and other interests.
