The 'Big Society' should mean stronger rights to challenge bad planning decisions - CPRE

The Campaign for the Protection of Rural England and the Environmental Law Foundation are calling for a new,limited public right of appeal against bad planning developments, rather than having to go to the High Court. CPRE news release
