High Voter turnout was a winner at least

Election results were rather mixed across Hampshire and the whole of the Country but voter turnout was a healthy percentage (  well over 70% ) and also gratifying to see that the Leaders' personality TV debates appear to have been less of an influence than many had thought.  http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/election_2010/england/8662181.stm
