Council Tax bills have now arrived for 2010/2011.You may have noticed that the Binsted Parish Council's share of the overall increase of +2.00% has REDUCED by 0.1%.It is pleasing to see that the BPC have kept their costs under control and have taken notice of residents's concerns at the huge increase of 16.4% for 2009/2010 when the RPI was running at only 2.00%.
It is unfortunate that EHDC and Hants Police Authority came in at 2.9% for 2010/2011 when the RPI has been a negative figure for some time.
